By using Steadfast Wellness services, whether in-person or online, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Booking & Payment Policies

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

  • Gift cards & prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used within their stated expiration period.

3. Membership Terms

  • Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring their payment method is up to date.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing, with advance notice given to members.

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full session price.

  • Membership cancellations require 5 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and welcoming environment, we ask all clients to adhere to the following:

  • Be respectful to staff and other guests.

  • Arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Follow any safety or usage instructions given by staff.

  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior may result in refusal of service.

6. Health & Liability Disclaimer

  • Our services are alternative and elective wellness services. We are not licensed medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

  • Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before using any of our services.

  • Participation in services is voluntary and at your own risk. Steadfast Wellness is not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or health concerns resulting from services.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Violates our code of conduct.
