At Steadfast Wellness, we understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to the full appointment charge.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.
Membership Cancellations
We offer flexible, month-to-month memberships with no long-term commitments. If you need to cancel your membership, hereβs what you need to know:
Memberships may be canceled at any time by providing at least 5 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
To cancel, please contact us via phone, email, or in person at the front desk.
If a cancellation request is made after the billing date, your membership will remain active until the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial months.
Memberships cannot be paused or transferred.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for unused sessions, memberships, or missed appointments.
If you have a prepaid package and cannot complete your sessions due to medical reasons, please contact us to discuss possible options.
