At Steadfast Wellness, we understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to the full appointment charge.

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

Membership Cancellations

We offer flexible, month-to-month memberships with no long-term commitments. If you need to cancel your membership, here’s what you need to know:

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time by providing at least 5 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

  • To cancel, please contact us via phone, email, or in person at the front desk.

  • If a cancellation request is made after the billing date, your membership will remain active until the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • Memberships cannot be paused or transferred.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for unused sessions, memberships, or missed appointments.

  • If you have a prepaid package and cannot complete your sessions due to medical reasons, please contact us to discuss possible options.
